Please review. I took out contact information for the editor, as well as subscribe and unsubscribe, as that seemed odd if people are already getting the email. I also left in the Dartmouth archive for now, as there isn’t anything in the simplelist archive yet.
Do we also need a message on how to post and manage their subscription? such as our first post to the list?
