Hi Shannon,

A few people that come to mind are Hollin Wakefield (hollin@fluentkey.com) and Mandy Sofer (mandy@fluentkey.com) from FluentKey.  They are former language teachers (French and Spanish respectively I believe.)

Fluentkey uses authentic resources (videos) to create interactive assignments and live games.  (Think EdPuzzle/Playposit meets Kahoot.)  It focuses on language learning specifically and was created by language teachers.  The content they utilize includes movies, TV, commercials, music videos, news, documentaries, etc.  All activities are leveled and can be used turnkey or customized.

This authentic content platform is perfect for teaching culture!

Best,
Loreen

Subject: [LLTI] technology and teaching culture - request

Hello,
Does anyone have suggestions for people who would give a great webinar about teaching culture with technology?
What about any other topics? Have you seen any great presenters recently? Would you like to present yourself? Contact me at sdspasova@gmail.com
Thanks!
Shannon
