On behalf of the newly formed Language Center Alliance, we write to extend a warm invitation to directors of language centers (or other similar units that are involved in teaching and learning, research, advocacy, and/or outreach in world languages) to join this new professional group. The purpose of the group is to share ideas, practices and concerns, to network, and to look for possible areas of collaboration. The group was formally established by a group of 24 center directors who participated in the Shared LCTL Symposium in Chicago in August 2019.

Joining is easy! Just fill out the form on the LCA website. There is no fee. :)

Membership is limited to one representative per institution, unless the unit is led by co-directors, or the institution has more than one language center.
