Dear colleagues,

I would greatly appreciate your advice on live streaming workshops (preferably for free). Does anyone have experience live streaming on-campus events effectively? Suggestions in terms of equipment and logistics would be greatly appreciated!

We are not allowed to record this particular event; it has to be done in a way that it's only available live. I am concerned about how to make sure the online audience is able to see and hear the presenter as well as their slides.

Unfortunately, our university charges us $300/hour for their services to live stream, and we cannot afford that, so we're looking into a "DIY" approach that will still look professional!
